Ray Chen won the 2008 Yehudi Menuhin International Violin Competition and the 2009 Queen Elisabeth Competition, which launched his international solo career. He studied at the Curtis Institute of Music, co-founded the Made in Berlin quartet, and has built a large online presence while creating the Tonic practice app.
