Mark Tewksbury is a Companion of the Order of Canada (C.C.), Olympic champion, and one of Canada’s most respected voices on leadership, inclusion, and courage.
Tewksbury is presenting a talk entitled “From Being Bullied to Building Community” based on what he’s learned through his experience as an Olympic gold medalist, an out gay sports hero, highly successful national and international motivational speaker, a humanitarian leader, and a recently certified Red Seal chef.
He invites those attending to focus on the deeply held goals and then pursue them with intense commitment. He models supporting social justice and 2SLGBTQIA++ objectives and encourages those commitments in his audiences.
